Rental Application

To make the transaction as smooth as possible, renters should bring the following documentation when coming in to sign a lease.

Applicant:
  1) Completed application.
  2) Most recent income tax return or CPA letter with salary verification.
  3) Current bank statement.
  4) A letter of employment with salary verification.
  5) A landlord reference letter.
  6) Two forms of identification.
  7) $40.00 for each credit check.

Guarantor:
  1) Completed application.
  2) Notarized guaranty form.
  3) Most recent income tax return or CPA letter with salary verification.
  4) $40.00 for each credit check.
